Kids' mental-health challenges straining Ohio children's services
(PUBLIC NEWS SERVICE) - Ohio's child welfare system is increasingly strained by greater numbers of kids with complex mental and behavioral health problems. Social services agencies across the state say they need support and help placing kids in long-term care.
