The new year is almost here and I know with that comes new years resolutions. It’s tempting to want to adopt all these different habits all at once and to go on a diet and make these huge proclamations for what you’re going to do to get back into shape. So, here's what I think: The habits we adopt aren’t habits we should be trying to adopt in the first place, or we try to do too much too fast.
