This time of year, January, many people, maybe even you, are setting goals, especially involving fitness and other health-related pursuits. It could be exercising, eating better, trying to accomplish specific achievements or milestones, or just trying to incorporate more movement into your daily life. Whatever it is, all of that involves disciplined learning and unlearning certain behaviors. This is true of anything you want to get better at, whether parenting, podcasting, or pursuing your loft goals. We need to move beyond the space we’re currently in and move into what could be an area that’s a little scary.
