During this episode, I will guide you through a practice to help you take your first step of moving from intention to action. I will first guide you through a pre-mindfulness activity to help you identify clear thoughts of your ideas for progress toward your action. Next, we will boldly identify barriers, distractors, and fears: at the same time, we explore strengths, hidden confidence, and motivation to reveal realistic steps toward your new reality. Please have handwriting equipment. I will also introduce selected imagery activities to help bring your vision of your goals into reality. At the end of this practice, you will also identify alternative plans and a new perspective on distractors ting thoughts. Finally, I will guide you in mindfulness, relaxation, and breathing activities. At the end of this episode, I hope you will experience the excitement and celebrate victory in starting your action to achieve your goal today. I invite you to get into a comfortable position to appreciate complete relaxation from this experience. Be ready to get excited and move from attention to action.
