No matter what role you’re in, you often need to have a point-of-view (POV). And you always need the support of your team and your clients if you want that POV to move your business along. Gaining traction for your POV comes down to using simple and consistent language, repetition on repetition on repetition, not “trying to sell the barn with the chickens,” and prioritizing the “why” and the impact.
