the newest member to Armor Men's Health and NAU Urology Specialists.   Lauren worked with Dr. Mistry 13 years ago as his first nurse at NAU Urology Specialists in Round Rock.  She has now "come home" again after receiving an incredible amount of continued training throughout the years.  Lauren has been a registered nurse for 17 years, now a certified nurse coach and an outstanding Health Coach.   As NAU Urology Specialists' Health Coach, Lauren's approach to patient care is very individualized and catered to each and every patient.  No need to go to "Dr. Google" to only be overwhelmed with information that may or may not be applicable to your needs.  Whether you need assistance learning why you have a particular habit you can't seem to drop, can't figure out why you have poor sleep health or if you need some coaching on which diet works best for your lifestyle for optimal results, Lauren can help!
