Dry fasting thought of the day: Don’t expect this healing journey to be a one-and-done experience. There’s a reason so few people do this, even though the healing is magical. It’s because people are not accustomed to the long game. They are not patient, and they avoid suffering. Dry fasting is as close to actual magic as I’ve ever felt in my whole life. Unfortunately, it’s not easy, but over many years I’ve learned that the hard way. Suffering is necessary, but running from it, is never the best solution. Standing up tall and straight, facing it head-on, separates the ones really living from those simply existing.
