In this episode I'm sharing with you 4 life (and business) hacks I'm implementing this year to improve my life and my operating system. Simple, yet much needed tweaks that will (and already are) paying compounding dividends when it comes to my performance, results and lo and behold, my happiness!
I'm talking about some boundaries with mobile phone use that directly affects my sleep and cognitive performance. My time and task management, very relevant for anyone who also runs their own business, works from home or juggles a number of hats (much like myself). Planning time off/away in advance, as my theory around the absolute need to step out of our life & environment to gain perspective and reassess is great but absolutely useless as theory only. And a business hack around how to allocate budget for business growth/management as a one-lady small business operation.
