George Hopkins was a thrill seeker, parachuting out of planes more times than anyone on record in 1941. He's after more record setting, but first he wants to do something no one else would ever do, Parachute onto Devil's Tower. His plan goes awry when he finds himself unable to get off the tower and he needs to be rescued.
