“Loving yourself” is not really something we think of often. When we think of growth - we’re on goals, habits and other strategies that we can put into play.
But a recent study from the University Hertfordshire revealed that the habit of loving yourself the the #1 habit that leads to a happy life!
Yes, this is over exercising, eating “right”, drinking water, doing gratitude and more. Number 1 is self-acceptance, baby.
And today on the podcast I share a recent story from how I went from really down on myself to loving myself more than I have in MONTHS all through a simple exercise and I share that exercise so you can do it, too.
