But something was wrong: he felt stressed and unhappy, didn’t know why and couldn’t bring himself to tell anyone about it. When he finally managed to open up and seek help, it changed his life for the better. He founded The Burnt Chef project to help other people in his high-stress industry fight stigma and get the help they need to live happier lives.
