Pittsburgh Steelers LB Coach Brian Flores is the hottest name to become the Cleveland Browns' next Defensive Coordinator and will interview for the job on Thursday. What impact would that have on the Browns and, more importantly, Head Coach Kevin Stefanski?

There's little doubt that IF Flores is offered the job and accepts the job, he will be the Browns' contingency plan to replace Kevin Stefanski IF he (Stefanski) fails.

There's also little doubt that Flores may be the missing link. A guy who can, without question, fix the defense, a leader of men, and a former head coach. Flores's presence alone should ignite the defense and the entire team.

However, how would all of that impact Kevin Stefanski? The UCSS panel will do a deep dive and give their opinion on the impact Flores can have.

Offensive Report Cards: Did the Browns have an excellent passing game? Did they lean on their potent rushing attack enough? Or was it that Kevin Stefanski needed to be more creative and consistent?
