Principles, Tactics, and Mindset for practical fitness
Our beliefs form our behavior. This means that when our behavior is not eliciting the results we are looking for, we need to evaluate the beliefs that lead to us adopting behavior in the first place. Our thesis: The fitness community has built a belief set that is not garnering the desired results. We can either blame people for not participating, or we can ask ourselves why they choose not to participate and take responsibility for making ourselves as approachable and useful as possible.
