Shin Splints is a very common injury for those conducting any form of lower body training such as running.
SO many people continue to train even when they are experiencing shin pain. It's imperative to know how to manage shin pain so that it doesn't become worse. If you manage the pain properly at the first onset, you'll have a better chance of recovery.
