- 8-12 oz tart cherry juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen kale
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp. chia seed
- 2 1/2 tbsp. powdered beet root or 1 small roasted beet
- 2 1/2 tbsp. maca powder (optional)
