Micro shifts are the key to creating lasting change in your life. What exactly are they? Micro shifts are when you take a small action/decision. It's as simple as turning off your television or radio while you work on your project or writing that book you want to write and not watching TV; this becomes crucial in implementing change into our needs, likes, and passions.
The thing about micro shifts is that they can change your life completely. Especially if it's what you want to shift. Why not? You can manifest like anything you want, but why not use it as a vehicle or even a tool to change something that you want in your life.
