One mile Matt takes us on a (very short) journey around the Rasselbock Winter Run, Rob talks about how well his running is going, JP gets a new job and the lads worry about SMJ!
Parkrun chat with Ben and Emma makes a triumphant return and the guys discuss the building excitement around the 2nd ever Parkrun Cup!
