From Nurse to NursePreneur with Catie Harris

Today's episode features Catie Harris, NursePreneur. At 16, Catie had a vivid dream of becoming a nurse and never questioned her decision since. Like many aspiring nurses, she imagined caring for patients, becoming a healer, and serving her community.

Reality hit in the form of 60-to-80 hour work weeks, not having the resources to complete daily never-ending to-do lists, corrupt administrative games, a culture of dishonesty and a total mental and physical breakdown. No longer proud of her work or passionate, Catie realized she had to find a way to reconnect nursing to her original childhood sense of love and purpose.
