So distracted that its effects on our lives can be very unhealthy and sometimes, downright harmful, and distraction certainly takes our focus off of the things in life that truly matter. Our guest today, Joshua Becker, author of the book, Things That Matter: Overcoming Distractions to Pursue a More Meaningful Life is here to help redirect our attention back to some of the things that do matter such as a meaningful life, living with few regrets, and making a positive difference in the world. Joshua will help us identify obstacles that may be keeping us from living intentionally and provide ideas to let go of some of those distractions.
