Welcome to Part 3 of our mini series Creating Thriving Health.
The focus of this mini series is to give you some practical information and insights into how you can support and nurture your whole health. The start of the year brings with it the usual messages of setting new years resolutions or losing weight fast, which drives us a little crazy because real supportive thriving health takes real behaviour change and the key ingredient is supporting the whole you from your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
In this week's episode we talk you through your mental health and your spiritual health. It's quite interesting because one of these pillars gets so much air time and the other one is usually looked upon with hippy lens. Of course mental health gets a lot of attention and rightly so it is extremely important to nurture our mind and our brain. Spiritual health on the other day is viewed a little woo-woo but as you have probably realised by now, we really can't have one without the other.
We provide some insights into how everyone has mental health and a very important way that we can all nurture our mental health. We also talk about spiritual health and how essentially its our spiritual health that supports our true self.
