L2P offers various supporting mechanisms around High Performance including consultancy, education and mentorship from 1:1 to larger group scenarios.
Me!
I am passionate about others and believe we can strategically put in place the conditions for success, whether that be individual development success or team goal achievement. I whole heartedly believe that whilst defined objectives may not be guaranteed, they are far more likely when people are healthy, happy, engaged and motivated to deliver their roles in a positive and thriving environment!!
Memorable achievements
• Attracting and developing some amazing staff that have gone on to have successful careers in football.
• Qualifying for European competition with both Bolton Wanderers and Burnley FC
• Bringing Wim Hof to the Premier League for a day with the players and Learn2perform event!
