In March of 2020 Mary Santina Collins was a 20 year old with her entire life ahead of her.
She was looking forward to a simple night out with a supposed friend, Kelly Lavery, but never made it home.
Mary’s case was handled by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police as a missing person’s case but Mary was never missing.
A plea deal has been reached with one of the defendants and two have been granted bond.
