Donald Trump has filed a transparently frivolous lawsuit against Twitter, Google and Facebook, claiming his First Amendment free speech rights have been violated. The problem is, even a casual reading of the Constitution would have alerted Trump and his lawyers to the fact that the First Amendment does not apply to private businesses/social media platforms. Trump's suit will be dismissed and Trump's lawyers may be on the hook for sanctions for filing a baseless suit.
