Welcome back for season 5 of Adjusted Reality. Today we speak with former Olympic athlete, Greg Bennett about his mental and physical training as a triathlon athlete, how he improved in his sport by building his healthcare team and the mindset lessons he learned in his athletic career.
Greg Bennett raced professionally for 27 years with just over 500 professional races and 100-plus wins. He qualified for several Olympics, won 2 world series titles, 3 US Grand Slams, and World Championships. During that time, he earned his degree in sports marketing and a diploma in Business and Computer programming.
After retiring from the sport, he started a podcast called "The Greg Bennett Show,” and is also the Founding Chief of Staff for AnyQuestion, a platform where consumers can get the insights and perspectives they’re looking for from world-class experts at the top of their fields.
