Frank sits down with Ruud to discuss his early playing days at Ajax Amsterdam, playing for Rinus Michels and Stefan Kovacs, being a part of the early dominant 70s' Ajax side, playing with and without Johan Cryuff, why he and his team-mates curiosity led to moves abroad, European away days as well as his time with the Dutch national team at the both the 1974 and 1978 World Cup.
Ruud then takes us on a deep dive on how he ended up making the move to Naples for his legendary four-year spell, why the move nearly didn't happen, what it was like playing Serie A in the early 80s', life on and off the field in Naples, his relationship with the city and the club, former team-mates and much more.
