An apple a day keeps the doctor away - two apples a day means you need floating farms! In this episode we explain why the idea of having giant farms that can move across the globe is both simple and brilliant. You'll also learn how these farms play a role in weather forecasting, which new animal species have evolved as a result of these farms and why Panama voted against widening the Panama Canal even further.
