This guided meditation is focused on creating and cultivating the energy of confidence. Through this meditation practice we are using the mantra, "I can do this" to align with a deeper sense of trust within. This trust allows for inner confidence to be created and built on. As we continue to foster a deep sense of trust for ourselves we can start to feel more confidence and capable.
