The procurement job scene has been a wild ride for the last few years. Conditions are standing to change, and no one ever should have expected otherwise. As procurement begins to enter a new phase of recruitment under very different economic conditions, there are still plenty of op[portunities - but it may require a new approach to find them.

 

Mark Holyoake is the Managing Director of Holyoake Search, a recruitment specialist focused on procurement.
