Car Insurance - Hate it? Love it? We look at why it is going up and up!

Almost every state in the country has a requirement that drivers have a minimum amount of automobile insurance.  For most drivers, it is something we pay for but don't use...if we are good and or lucky.  It is something that you don't want to have to use, but when you do, you are glad you have it.

Since we all have it, almost, shouldn't there be some economies of scale?  Some sort of 'reduction' in price?  Maybe so, but the rates are going up after several years of being flat.  In this episode of In Wheel Time Car Talk,  we look at some of the reasons for the upward trend and how consumers can find the right insurance.
