SITD 2/9/23: MLW Underground Debut, Tony D’Angelo/Main Event

John Siino reviews this week’s editions of AEW Dark, AEW Dark: Elevation, IMPACT Wrestling, MLW Fusion, Women of Wrestling, NXT Level Up, MLW Underground Wrestling, NWA USA, NWA Powerrr, and WWE Main Event in under 15 minutes on Shot In The Dark.

This week we see the debut of MLW Underground Wrestling, where Alex Hammerstone defends the MLW World Heavyweight Championship against EJ Nduka in a Last Man Standing Match. Also, Real1 has some words for Jacob Fatu, Alex Kane hates Tony Luke’s and we get another mystery attack.

On WWE Main Event, Tony D’Angelo makes his debut against Akira Tozawa and Shelton Benjamin finds some similar competition in the form of Damon Kemp, also making his debut.

AEW Dark: Elevation sees the Dark Order continue to try and recruit, this time with The Boys. We also get Yuka Sakazaki vs. Billie Starkz, Top Flight vs. The Butcher & The Blade and Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta vs. Tony Nese & Ari Daivari.

Also, Konosuke Takeshita vs. EJ Nduka on AEW Dark, The FBI returns on MLW Fusion, Miami Sweet Heat defends the WOW Tag Team Championship on Women of Wrestling, Sol Ruca vs. Lash Legend on NXT Level Up, eight-man tag team action on IMPACT Wrestling, Psycho Love debuts on NWA USA, Matt Cardona & Tyrus decide their stipulation on NWA Powerrr and more!
