We've all got flaws, and sometimes you need to learn to get over them.
- We’ve all got flaws.
- Most of us aren’t aware of our own flaws, because most of us aren’t self aware.
- I choose to pay attention to them and try and change myself if its important.
- Occasionally I also try changing myself in some ways that I don’t really think need changing, just to try it on for size (no beer/no bad food)

- Be open and honest with your friends (and have good friends).
- Listen to what people say about you, and listen to what people say.
- Don’t get offended.
- Pause and reflect.
- Decide whether to take action or not. You have a choice.
- Take action. Change yourself (or not).
