- The concept of space in weightlifting (rest)
- The concept of space in eating healthy (refeed days/cheat days)
- The body and mind cannot tolerate being under constant pressure forever
- Eventually, the constant pressure grinds down the ability of your brain to function properly
- Pressure—Rest—Pressure—Rest—etc.
- The brain needs space for creativity
- If it is occupied with doing, it cannot also create at the same time
- Real creativity only happens when the mind is empty
