Co-parenting is hard enough but toss the holidays in there and it can cause tension for some. Katie and Dyanna dive deep in response to a post from the MOMnation Arizona Facebook group. This Mom is in a relationship with a man that is spending time alone with his ex-wife and their child and the situations surrounding the visits are frustrating her.    

Being a couple is HARD! It takes work, patience, understanding and emotional intelligence. Problem is, we aren't born knowing how to properly navigate these waters and many of us weren't taught how either.
