How to manage your work stress!
Work stress has become something that the main stream media has normalised, and I am here to tell you that there is so much more to life than your work.
I have been back at work for 2 weeks now, and I felt it is important to share the tools that I am using.
1) Find an activity that is calming for you.
2) Learn to set clear work-life boundaries.
3) Have a hobby that is separate from your work.
4) Speak to your boss if it is becoming too much.
5) Take deep breaths throughout the day.
