The idea of selling something everyday has been a part of my brand for years. Who doesn’t like the idea of selling something daily?! But I recently revised the idea of selling. Because my definition of “selling” has changed AND I have the ability to do this through automation. So selling to me used to be dollars in the bank account, but that focus is dependent on other people buying. And I can’t control other people. So I reframed the way I think about selling. In this episode I share with you what I have been doing in my business that is helping me feel more connected to my community and bringing in more sales.
TAKEAWAYS:
- Selling something means showing up and offering something whether that’s through a new podcast episode, creating a new reel, or a pitch email. There are things we can do everyday to reach our audience.
- As I have seen an increase of “selling everyday”, I have seen an increase in engagement. I feel an increase in the community aspect of my business. My clients feel that they know me and can connect with me. So although I don’t know them, the know like and trust factor is being built through this work. And we all know that’s vitally important for sales.
- Commit to selling one thing a day. Sometimes that can be through automation and other times that can be more hands on. Make sure that one person, whether it’s in your email, or on Instagram, or on Tik Tok, wherever you hang out, make sure that one person is invited to get to know you, the work you do, and how you serve your clients today.
