Today on Coach and Coordinator Podcast, we welcome in the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Green Bay Packers, Coach Chris Gizzi, onto the show. Coach Gizzi spent his five previous seasons on the Packers strength staff as a conditioning assistant. Prior to that, he worked on the University of North Carolina's staff as well. An undrafted free agent by the Denver Broncos in 1998, Coach Gizzi played linebacker at the Air Force Academy. In 2019, Gizzi was inducted into the Air Force Athletics Hall of Fame. Coach Gizzi finished his NFL career in 2001 with the Green Bay Packers.
