Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.

 

Father God, in the name of Jesus, we reverence your name and we give you glory, we give you praise. We say that you are holy. You are our God, our Lord, and our savior. You are our redeemer. You gave your life, in order that we may have eternal life.

 

And because we have believed in the name of Jesus and we have confessed that he is a son of God, that he died and he rose again. We have hope today. And God, that's what's needed in Turkey. And in that region. They need hope.

 

So I pray in the name of Jesus, Glory be God. That you will send those pastors, evangelists, prophets, and teachers the message of hope, the message that Jesus Christ is alive and well. The message that God loves them. For your words says, for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son.

 

Let there be hope in Turkey today. Hope for families who have lost. Hope for children who have lost parents, God, give them hope today.

 

You are our peace and our hope. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
