SITD 2/16/23: The Hex Debuts on IMPACT, New NWA TV Champion

John Siino reviews this week’s editions of AEW Dark, AEW Dark: Elevation, IMPACT Wrestling, MLW Fusion, Women of Wrestling, NXT Level Up, MLW Underground Wrestling, NWA USA, NWA Powerrr, and WWE Main Event in under 15 minutes on Shot In The Dark.

This week on IMPACT Wrestling, Father James Mitchell introduces Allysin Kay & Marti Belle of The Hex to counter The Death Dollz. We also get a pair of No Surrender Qualifying Matches, the debut of Steph De Lander (the former Persia Pirotta of NXT) and Matt Cardona has a very rough night as he challenges Joe Hendry for the Digital Media Championship.

On NWA Powerrr, we have a new World Television Champion as Thom Latimer accepts Jordan Clearwater’s open challenge. We also get an announcement of their next PPV as well as the introduction of the NWA Women’s Television Championship and Tyrus defends his NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship in an impromptu match.

NXT Level Up sees the debut of their new lead commentator Blake Howard, Tank Ledger looks to get his first singles victory, Lash Legend looks to end her losing streak and a ‘superhero vs. villain’ type battle as Axiom takes on Scrypts.
