1. Hi Annette, great video! I was wondering if you know of a good gluten free, dairy free and egg free bread recipe. I have Sibo so unfortunately I can't eat these things anymore. I also can't eat rice, which I miss. I just miss having a piece of toast every now and then. I make sourdough bread for the rest of the family, I grind our own wheat for it. I find it so fantastic making it and they all like it. Can you suggest a flour I could use that was gluten-free that could be made into bread? (Sonia Gellert) 

2. Which meats should I eat for the best protein. My body is telling me it needs a better meat. I do plenty of legumes for protein and greens. Was only curious about meat. Thanks (Amie Lynn)
