These programs - i.e., Bridge to BCG, Bain BEL, Link to L.E.K., PwC Destination CPA - represent an opportunity for firms to expand their talent pipelines to reach more candidates from underrepresented backgrounds. 

But for candidates? If accepted, you dramatically increase your odds of later receiving an offer to join the firm in an intern or full-time capacity.
