In this guided meditation practice we are focusing on embracing a new reset and fresh start. We are first tuning into our energy and acknowledging how we feel in this moment. We are shedding some of the negative energy, releasing what's no longer serving us and coming into a place of stillness within. We are letting go to embrace a reset of positivity and lightness. Through this practice we are visualizing what this reset will look and feel like. We are then aligning with the energy of the reset and welcoming it into our lives.
