Alex Ovechkin returns to practice. Dimitry Orlov's future in Washington, and the latest on the injury to Anthony Mantha

In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan is joined by Roman Stubbs of the Washington Post. In this episode they talk about the return of Alex Ovechkin to the ice for the first time since returning from Russia. It's still unknown if he'll play against the Ducks. Then they talk about the return of Nic Dowd and Tom Wilson and what they mean to the Caps. Later in the show there's more talk if the Caps make moves in or before the trade deadline. Being that talks have slowed with Dimitry Orlov there's been talk of him being on the move. With the Caps recent play it seems a lock that they will be sellers at the deadline .
