How are you doing with building community? Do you have individuals around you that are positively impacting you? Are they lifting you up? Is this even something you have considered lately? Perhaps it's time to do a relationship check-up. Reflect on your community. Do you need to spend some time building relationships with people who are more positive and are functioning at a high vibration level? I know this was something I needed and didn't even know I needed. I was finding myself surrounded by too much negativity and it was impacting my mental health. I also realized that when I opened myself up and let people know I was working on my fitness and nutrition, it helped me achieve my goals and it helped me attract people with similar goals. It's hard to make friends as an adult but I highly recommend it! We need to build communities intentionally and not leave it up to chance. If you're feeling stuck and like you are in a rut, it might be time to reflect on who is around you. This episode shares what I've learned about building community and why it's so important.
My physical transformation has been truly massive (I've lost 70 lbs and more than 53" total body inches) but what you can't see from my photos, is my mindset shift. When we go inward and focus on our mindset, we begin to fully grasp our potential. It takes a lot of personal reflection, energy, personal development and a willingness to go there BUT it's totally worth it.
