Waking up early, getting hydrated, getting work done right away, exercising for some time, and getting a mild walk (moving the body) are fundamental tasks that Brian has been following for a while. These are just some examples and every person needs to find their own list of things, but by applying a few of these tips already, you will feel the difference.
