After relieving Brian Polian of his special teams duties, Brian Kelly has now found his special teams coordinator for the 2023 season. Kelly promoted senior defensive analyst, John Jancek, to special teams coordinator and outside linebacker coach/pass rush specialist. Who is Jancek and what experience does he have?
