Dr. Nate Zinsser, Director Of Performance Psychology At West Point, How To Overcome Pressure And Succeed
Dr. Nate Zinsser is the director of West Point’s performance psychology program. He trains athletes to tap into their best possible mindset and applies his theories to the cadets at West Point to get them in the right mindset for the military. He’s also a performance coach and has worked with world class athletes including super bowl MVP's, Olympic medalists, Professional ballerinas, NHL all-stars, collegiate athletes, - teaching them all how to overcome pressure and succeed on the worlds biggest stages. At West Point he personally conducted over seventeen thousand individual training sessions and seven hundred team training sessions for cadets seeking the mental edge for athletic, academic, and military performance. This program is now used in 25 posts across the country and in Korea. He’s also a keynote speaker for large companies including Facebook.
Dr. Nate is a believer that confidence is a skill that can be taught, improved, and applied by anyone to enhance every aspect of their lives and careers.
