Welcome to another episode of the Stay Wealthy, Get Healthy miniseries. In this episode, Brian discusses the four pillars of his coaching program – health, wealth, family, and focus – highlighting focus as an important one. When we focus on regulating our nervous system through practices like meditation and breathwork, we tend to feel more energized and even more productive.
Focus is also related to mindset. We, as humans, have the ability to look at situations with a new and improved mindset. Shifting our mentality means shifting our perspective, and this change even helps us to respond to situations properly, with no preconceptions. Brian also talks about journaling, writing goals, and mental imagery.
