Adopted teenagers after our marriage - A blessing and a curse (part 1)

Bob’s story deserves to be made into a big-budget movie to inspire and remind people that there are amazing humans still living on this earth. When most newlyweds are busy building a strong foundation for their marriage and future kids, Bob, as a newlywed, came across two 14-year old teenage boys who had been abused their whole lives and decided to save those kids and adopt them.

What follows is a story of constant hard work and dedication to transform those kids’ lives. With his huge heart and positive spirit, Bob’s goal in life was to be the best father to those teenage boys and best husband to his wife.

That path will lead him to some beautiful places in life, including being a grandfather which brought him so much joy, but that path will also lead him to some disappointing and tragic places - including the sudden loss of his grandkids and the death of his wife after a long struggle with addiction.
