Could this be one of my favorite topics to talk about? PERHAPS. :)
Play is defined as engaging in an activity for enjoyment and recreation rather than a serious or practical purpose.
So if play has this ring to it of feeling irresponsible, my task in this episode is to sell you on why it's not only the right thing to do, it can help attract other good things into your life like a big old happy snowball of wonderfulness.
(I do talk a little about different play ideas in this episode, so if you are looking for some of that, come and get it!)
Mainly this episode is one for the person that wants to loosen up, enjoy life, and have more fun, but can't quite figure out how to make it happen.
Make sure you stay tuned until the end for the homework assignment too. ;)
Let's go play!
