This week I was very honoured to be joined by Shivani Pau a podcast host of A Millennial Mind and also Founder of the Performance Planner which is why this episode is all based around performance, goals and achieving what we want to achieve in both feeling our best and achieving our best. Shivani and I not only discuss the power of setting out your goals into manageable and achievable bites but also how you can't achieve what you are striving for if you are not working and feeling at your optimum and this is where wellness, diet and lifestyle come into things. Shivani and I touch on what wellness looks like to her, what self-care she undertakes in order to keep her performing at her best and also her diet. Shivani was Vegan for a period of time but went back to more of a flexitarian diet, we dive into the reasons behind this and what elements make being plant-based and/or Vegan difficult.
